Kristin brings an enthusiastic, energetic spirit to every workshop and retreat she leads. She has a natural ability to make people feel welcome, comfortable and excited to participate, creating spaces that feel less like a traditional workshop and more like a room full of possibility, ideas and momentum. Her goal is always to make learning, growth and business development feel genuinely fun.
Connection is at the heart of everything Kristin creates. She believes some of the best ideas, opportunities and breakthroughs happen when the right people get in a room together and are willing to share, collaborate and cheer each other on. Her workshops and retreats are intentionally designed to spark meaningful conversations, encourage fresh perspectives and create relationships that extend well beyond the event itself.

After more than 30 years in finance, leadership, and executive-level roles, Shannon stepped into entrepreneurship and discovered an entirely new challenge: taking decades of knowledge and turning it into a brand people actually want to follow, trust, and buy from.
She built That Menopause Mentor from the ground up, growing her Instagram community to more than 7,000 followers while learning firsthand what works—and what doesn’t—when it comes to content, audience growth, digital products, funnels, email marketing, paid advertising, and turning expertise into an online business.
